Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location on the main road for all locations in the Bay of Naples Area, with easy access to the popular SORRENTO Coast and archaeological excavations. The rooms are nicely decorated with air conditioning; however, they can be somewhat cramped and not well ventilated. The street-facing rooms may experience noise. The service was present but lacking enthusiasm and appeared uninterested. The dining experience offered a minimum continental breakfast. Overall, the hotel provides value for money with a few shortcomings.
I chose a higher room to avoid the smog and noise, but unfortunately, the TV and the fridge weren't working, and the shower flooded the bathroom when used, accompanied by a noticeable smell. On the bright side, the room had very effective air conditioning.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely decorated with air conditioning and a full ensuite, but the strong smell of ammonia made it hard to breathe after our 3-night stay. The views over the Bay of Naples were stunning, but the noise from the street could be disruptive.
The hotel has a fascinating view overlooking the street, and the rooms are nicely decorated with air conditioning, a full ensuite, and a working safe where you can program your own code. However, the bed was quite hard, leading to discomfort during the stay. The location is convenient for reaching popular attractions but lacks footpaths. The dining experience was basic, and the breakfast didn't meet 4-star hotel standards.
The hotel had the makings of somewhere it would be a pleasure to stay, nicely decorated with air conditioning in the room. However, the bed was very hard causing restless nights by the end of my stay. The location was convenient for exploring the Bay of Naples area, but being situated on a busy road was a drawback.
